Magazines Galore
I did some Spring cleaning this weekend and now have bags- and boxes of magazines to throw out. Cosmo, Glamour, Marie Claire and Women's Health all taking up space in my house, but not in my noodle. I've barely read any of them. I get 'em, flip through 'em, and then forget about it 'em. I tell ya, it's money well spent! Surely they have good advice for my life, right? There must be something (other than their automatic renewal program) that keeps me renewing my subscriptions year after year. Something about them (and not my nature) that makes me keep them for far longer than a magazine should be kept. I don't think I need another 100 ways to make him swoon, but I could probably take away one new thing, right? Right! So that's what I'm gonna do- I'm going to read all of my monthly magazines, cover to cover, and actually use their advice. I'll eat the meals they say I should eat, I'll do the exercises they say I should do (hello toned arms!), and I'll follow all (mostly all) of their sexy-time tips and tricks. I should come out a leaner, healthier, sexier machine. That's the idea anyways. Let's hope one of the mags has an article about follow through and procrastination.
